Welcome to using the Floor Plan Li Ji Chi App.

Floor Plan Li Ji Chi App (including applications named "Floor Plan Li Ji Chi" running on macOS, iOS and Android systems, hereinafter referred to as "this App") is legally owned and operated by Quantile Technology Co., Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter also referred to as "we"). In order to effectively protect your privacy, we have specially formulated this Privacy Policy (hereinafter also referred to as "this Policy"). Please carefully read the entire content of this Policy. You have the right to choose whether to accept this Policy. When you agree to accept this Agreement by checking, confirming or other means, this Policy will be binding on you. Once you confirm this Privacy Policy, this Policy will have legal effect between you and us, meaning that you (i.e., "User") fully agree to and accept all terms of this Policy. If you have any objections to any terms of this Policy, you may choose not to enter the Floor Plan Li Ji Chi App. Please carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this Policy.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our service usage agreement.

Our application requires the following system permissions:
1. Access to the network;
2. Access to the photo album to open floor plans, but only to files selected by the user;
3. Accurate location access while in use to utilize the built-in compass function, but location access is not required in the background.

When you use the app, all data is stored on your device. Feng shui items saved by the app may be stored in your device's corresponding cloud storage (App iCloud or Google Firebase). You can handle this data yourself; we do not store this data elsewhere. If you encounter any problems while using this app and contact us via email, we may ask you to provide information about your device, system configuration, floor plan, etc. We collect this information to resolve the problems you encounter while using this app and to optimize our product experience. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose unless we obtain your explicit permission.

We will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, please note that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we have collected about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us through our customer service email.

Our application may contain links to third-party services, which have their own independent privacy policies. We are not responsible for their privacy policies.
